middlebury lacks Cultural Competency

 

Students and Professors alike

 

 

I cannot remove Race and how it affects my life on an Everyday Basis

 

So when you do not know how to talk about it

 

and when there is no one to teach you how to talk about it

 

 

 

I am insulted at least 96% of the time

 

 

 

Don’t Tell Me to lean into discomfort.  How about you learn the tools first?
