a student-run publication that seeks to provide space for voices that are not being heard on our campus. we are grounded by politics that are radical, anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-classist, anti-homophobic, anti-ableist, and anti-transphobic (against all forms of oppression) and that reject the structural neo-liberal paradigm that characterizes middlebury college and its official publications

I haven’t self-harmed in over a year because of the unconditional love of my friends.

I called my long-distance best friend once in the middle of a panic attack at 2 am on a Friday night. He read a chapter of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone to me over the phone until I was calm enough to go to my room alone. I haven’t self-harmed in over a year because of the unconditional love of my friends.
